Christina Lagudi was called to the Bar in 2026, after her admission as a solicitor in 2023.
Throughout her legal career, Christina has gained extensive experience in a broad range of family law disputes, including complex parenting and property matters.
She worked as an Associate to two Judges of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, a position held for three and a half years. In this role, she developed valuable insight into the management and determination of complex family law and general federal law proceedings.
Prior to her time as a Judges Associate, Christina worked at a leading family law firm in the Sydney CBD, recognised by the Doyle’s Guide.
Christina is available to accept briefs to appear in Sydney, Parramatta, regional New South Wales including Orange, Dubbo, Wagga Wagga and Albury.
She accepts briefs in both parenting and property matters, child care and protection matters, migration matters, and has a particular interest in estate litigation involving deceased estates, including testamentary capacity and family provision claims.
