Mark was called to the NSW Bar in 1991 after 8 years of practice as a solicitor. Prior to coming to the Bar, Mark practiced in regional NSW primarily in criminal law matters before transitioning into commercial work where he ultimately specialised as a barrister.
Mark now regularly appears in the Supreme Court, District Court, and NCAT, accepting briefs across a broad range of commercial disputes. He has extensive experience representing and appearing both for and against property developers in cases involving real estate, commercial, and construction-related issues. Mark was previously accredited in alternative dispute resolution and continues to be well versed in this area, which allows him to provide clients with effective solutions outside of formal litigation.
In addition to his busy practice as a barrister, Mark dedicates time to serving his community as a volunteer with the Rural Fire Service.
