With extensive overseas experience as a barrister in the United Kingdom and as Deputy District Judge in the civil division presiding in cases involving contractual disputes & tortious claims, personal injury, insolvency & cost assessments. Sarah-Siobhan Clarke is a barrister with broad-spectrum litigation skills.
Siob (pronounced Shiv) was also granted a ‘ticket’ to sit in family law matters by the Family Division of the High Court in London.
Siob has eleven years of experience working as a solicitor in NSW, principally in Family Law property & financial matters, together with some Hague Convention cases both in Sydney and London.
Siob is a former solicitor member of the Legal Aid indictable criminal law panel.
Siob holds NMAS accreditation and is on the Family Law Settlement Service Panel of the Law Society.
Since 2018 Siob has been an adjunct lecturer with the College of Law in Sydney, and is currently undertaking her Masters’ Degree in taxation law at Sydney University.
Having just completed her Readership, she is prepared to tackle most types of cases but aspires to shape her practice towards those cases involving aspects of financial and taxation law.
