Peter has been at the Bar since 1990 after four years of practice as a Solicitor. He has been a member of Chalfont since 1998.
Initially Peter specialised in criminal trial work, but over the years his practice has changed and he now appears in a range of jurisdictions, however he concentrates on proceedings involving equitable issues and remedies. He has a particular interest and substantial experience in Probate law and the often unusual and difficult details of presenting cases in the Probate jurisdiction.
His practice also includes commercial disputes, assisting in guardianship applications and appearing in Hague Convention matters involving international child kidnapping.
Whilst based in Sydney, he practices throughout New South Wales and as far away as London.
Peter believes in assisting other members of the profession and has done so by the presentation of successful lectures and seminars on subjects such as family provision applications, Probate law and practice, evidence in Equity proceedings and equitable remedies.
